A: We firmly believed that your gifts should be used as marketing tools and must be relevant to the client's image, marketing strategy, advertising campaign or new product launch. We customize and design gifts to meet your requirements.

Q: Do we need to pay for the design?

A: No. Usually we'll provide you with proposals of relevant gifts to suit your objective, the designs are free of charge.

Q: Is your pricing competitive?

A: Yes! We have a leather and bag factory in Guangzhou and we collaborate with more than 40 major gifts manufacturing partners in China since 2001. With many years of partnership, we are able to provide cost efficient and quality products for our clients.

Q: Are there 2 rounds of QC to assure client no defect products?

A: There are two stages of QC, the first will be during the production in the factory and the second will be after the goods deliver to our china warehouse and we to do another round of QC on products and pack them before shipment. We also provide for our client updates of production to give client a peace of mind.

Q: Are prices fixed?

A: Please note that listed unit prices are merely an estimate. Accurate unit prices will depend on quantity, printing, packaging requirement.

Q: Is your pricing competitive?

A: Yes! We have a factory in Guangzhou which collaborates with more than 40 major gifts manufacturing partners in China. With many years of partnership, we are able to provide cost efficient and quality products for our clients.

Q: Are all of your products available on this website?

A: No, as we constantly creates new products every month. The website merely gives you a general idea of what we did before for our clients. However, if you have any ideas in mind, please contact us and we'll do our very best to design or source for you.

Q: Can you provide storage for us if we cannot use all the products at one time?

A: Yes, we have store for many of our major clients' gifts in our Zhejiang warehouses. We also help distribute their products to their regional offices using their international courier account or their appointed sea forwarder in China.

Q: Do you welcome international orders?

A: Yes, we have been serving international client like US, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Ireland, Korea and Indonesia since 2001.

Q: Can we choose other sizes or colors instead of those provided here?

A: Yes, it really depends on the quantity of production. If your quantity meets the MOQ you can redo the mould or change the colour of the gifts.
